We are currently working with a major Group manufacturing a range of diverse products into the Life Science marketplace. They are now seeking an experienced UK Head of Sales to develop and implement the sales strategy for the UK business.
As the UK Sales Director, you will be responsible for owning and driving the Sales strategy within the UK market with the aim to increase market penetration. You'll have full accountability for the UK Sales Team which consists of Internal and External Sales and Account Managers. You'll be responsible for developing new and existing customers through regular customer visits and meetings. As the UK Sales Director, you'll be a proactive member of the Board management team and will support day to day activities of the company.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Head of Sales we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Relevant degree in a Science subject such as Biology, Life Science,
- Proven industry experience creating a successful Sales strategy within a Senior European or Global Sales position in a Life Science, Laboratory, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent Strategic and Operational track record
- Must have a consultative approach to sales
- Must be client facing solution focused
