Salary: £20K plus excellent uncapped OTE and benefits

· Negotiating fees and & opening up opportunities with prospects
· Have confidence closing sales and meeting customer expectations
· Proactively engage with various decision makers across divers sectors
· Identify new data and nurture opportunities to generate new business
· Excellent New Business and relationship skills
· Confident communicator in all aspects
· Pro-active skills in generating new opportunities using phone and social media
· Have a history of success in B2B telesales/telemarketing/lead generation, previous recruitment experience would be ideal
· Self-motivated, a desire to be the best and earn big ££££
